强制卸载Windows 10新Edge的办法。
1. 打开C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application
2. 进入“Installer”文件夹内找到setup.exe。
3. 选中setup.exe“以管理员身份打开PowerShell”
4. 输入以下命令并回车即可：
setup.exe --uninstall --system-level --verbose-logging --force-uninstall

1.查看指定端口的占用情况
C:\>netstat -aon|findstr "9050"

2.查看PID对应的进程
C:\>tasklist|findstr "2016"

3.结束该进程
C:\>taskkill /f /t /im tor.exe

installer不能运行的问题：
1.开始菜单中右键单击Visual Studio Installer图标→【属性】→【打开文件位置】找到【vs_installer.exe】文件;
2.右键单击【vs_installer.exe】文件→【属性】→【兼容性】,勾选【禁用视觉主题】和【禁用桌面元素】,点击【确定】;
3.以管理员身份运行【Visual Studio Installer】即可。

离线下载，先下载vusian studio社区版,命令行运行：
vs_community.exe --layout c:\vslayout --lang zh-CN

右键菜单打开所有文件：
